Join Our Technician Apprentice Program
LEARN DIVERSE TECHNICAL SYSTEMS
A car wash is a complex interplay of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing and network systems. Apprentices will have the opportunity to learn about, work on and improve all of these systems.
EXPERT TRAINING & COACHING
A significant part of how we achieve our mission and our business results is through dedication to training and employee development. The apprentice training program is a combination of video based and live training.
Over the course of this program you will work directly with and receive consistent feedback and coaching from an expert technician with over 15 years of field experience.
This is an ever evolving program that you will have the opportunity to contribute to.
THE IMPACT
In order to communicate our message of how capable people with autism are, we need to consistently produce clean, dry and shiny cars for our customers. Your work will be integral to ensuring that our car washes are always operating at a high level and that customers are consistently happy.
FLEXIBLE HOURS
This role is designed for current students and offers flexible hours in the mornings, evenings and weekends.

We're looking for talented people to help us build a world class service organization that employs individuals with autism for the majority of our staff. We believe that achieving this goal is the most effective way to close the opportunity gap for individuals with autism. As a Technician Apprentice you'll be trained to maintain, troubleshoot and repair our car wash equipment to ensure we can keep our mission moving forward.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Executing Preventative Maintenance Plans at each location
- Visual car wash operations inspections
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing of malfunctioning car wash equipment
- Track key equipment measurements (hydraulic temperature and fluid levels, chemical usage, etc)
- Keeping the workshop clean and organized
- Supporting repairs and new installations
- General property maintenance (plumbing, painting, site clean-up, etc)
- Working with the Technical Team Leader and operations teams to improve operational systems
