    Cancellations submitted in writing prior to the account expiration/billing date will be honored & refunded as needed.

    We'll do our best to help you to:

    • CANCEL your membership
    • Changing the registered License Plate (please provide both your original license plate & the replacement)
    • Requests to reactivate an eligible account
    • Requests to PAUSE your membership (temporarily Suspend the next autorenewal)
    • Billing inquiries (please provide the transaction date & amount)

    Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis until a cancellation is submitted in writing through this website per our terms & conditions. Members who do not wish to renew must cancel on RisingTideCarWash.com prior to their expiration/billing date.
