Terms of Membership Service
The Ripple Club membership plans offers unlimited exterior washes for their designated tier & the use of our free vacuums across all Rising Tide locations. Benefits apply for each month that the plan is active for the one vehicle registered through the detected license plate. Rising Tide Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary.
Members may upgrade to full service car washes or express detail services by selecting their upgrade on the menu screen and paying an upgrade fee (if applicable) at select locations. The vehicle registered must be a private vehicle and used for personal use only. The vehicle must not be used commercially, for livery, or for shared ride services such as UBER.
The car must have its license plate registered to receive unlimited exterior washes for their designated tier under this membership. The member must notify Rising Tide Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership or license plate number.
Gifted club memberships will have the option to renew in the current Ripple Club offerings at the full rate once their gifted period has ended.
Club memberships that were purchased during an introductory promotional period (IE discounted 1st month) will automatically renew at the full current club rate on a monthly basis until a cancellation form is received.
By enrolling in, or renewing, a Rising Tide Car Wash’s Ripple Club membership plan, the member agrees that the credit card provided will be charged the full standard monthly rate on the date of enrollment (unless otherwise specified by an introductory offer) and all subsequent months until the member cancels their membership. In the event that the member changes their vehicle, they must notify Rising Tide Car Wash and this one membership may be transferred.
Supporters can currently pick from Interior or Exterior Ripple Club memberships. The full standard monthly rate of each club is:
Interior Clubs:
Tide Guard Club for $69.90 + tax per vehicle each month (our BEST value & top Tide Guard wash)
Tide Gloss Club for $59.90 + tax per vehicle each month
Members will receive an unlimited number of exterior washes for their designated tier + the option to add unlimited express Member Interior cleanings at our Parkland & Margate sites for no additional cost. Members can also use our free vacuums across all Rising Tide locations.
Exterior Clubs:
Tide Guard Club for $42.95 + tax per vehicle each month (our BEST value & top Tide Guard wash)
Tide Gloss Club for $34.95 + tax per vehicle each month
Tide Glaze Club for $29.90 + tax per vehicle each month
Members will receive an unlimited number of exterior washes for their designated tier + the use of our free vacuums across all Rising Tide locations.
The current club monthly renewal rate will only apply to the one membership purchased under this contract. The member acknowledges that any future memberships purchased will only qualify for the Club, and club rate, with open enrollment at the time of purchase. The member also waives any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in the agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
Either party can cancel for any reason before the renewal date. For member-initiated cancellation, the member is required to submit the Cancellation Form posted at Risingtidecarwash.com. Members who do not wish to renew must submit a cancellation form prior to their expiration/billing date. No refunds or credits will be given without previously canceling on the website. No refunds or credits will be given for partial month purchases. These terms and conditions can also be found on Risingtidecarwash.com.
Rising Tide has the safest equipment and chemicals on the market and offers this membership to the public without prejudice to the model or manufacturer of customer vehicles. As such we do not consider to what level your vehicle manufacturer designed your vehicle to be exposed to high-pressure water and air dryers, and high speed cloth we cannot be responsible for damage claims to finishes or ware parts (including but not limited to wipers, emblems, moldings protective covers and vents, anything adhered to the vehicle, or after-market parts) which may result from excessive use. Excessive use for purposes of the above is in excess of 5 times per month or a total of 60 times per year whichever one applies.
