How do I get started with a Ripple Club Membership Plan?

You may sign up for a Ripple Club Plan for your vehicle on our website or at any Rising Tide Car Wash location pay area with a valid debit or credit card that will be kept on file, you will be asked to accept our terms & conditions. During the registration process our system will scan & verify your license plate.

If you would like to enroll in a Family/Bulk pricing plan please be sure to login in to our membership portal or provide the registered phone number for the primary vehicle during each sign up in order to link the accounts. If you need any assistance please ask the nearby attendant!

How do I cancel my Ripple Club membership?

Members can quickly cancel through our web portal after logging in with the registered phone number & license plate. You can cancel at any time. We'll send you a confirmation once your request has been processed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

How much does a Ripple Club Plan cost?

Supporters can currently pick from Interior or Exterior Ripple Club memberships. The full standard monthly rate of each club is:

Interior Clubs:

  • Tide Guard Club for $69.90 + tax per vehicle each month (our BEST value & top Tide Guard wash)
  • Tide Gloss Club for $59.90 + tax per vehicle each month

Members will receive an unlimited number of exterior washes for their designated tier + the option to add unlimited express Member Interior cleanings at our Parkland & Margate sites for no additional cost. Members can also use our free vacuums across all Rising Tide locations.

Exterior Clubs:

  • Tide Guard Club for $42.95 + tax per vehicle each month (our BEST value & top Tide Guard wash)
  • Tide Gloss Club for $34.95 + tax per vehicle each month
  • Tide Glaze Club for $29.90 + tax per vehicle each month

How do I update my card on file?

Log into our web portal with the registered phone number & license plate to update the card on file, it's that easy!

NOTE: If you have multiple vehicles under a Family/Bulk plan a card update will typically affect all linked accounts. You can view your linked vehicles on our web portal.

What’s included in the membership?

Unlimited services for your membership tier, access to our self-service vacuums & member amenities.

Exterior memberships can claim unlimited car washes at all Rising Tide locations.

Interior memberships can claim unlimited car washes at all Rising Tide locations + unlimited member express interior services at our interior cleaning sites (Margate & Parkland).

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is NO cancellation fee. Simply cancel before your bill date to avoid any further renewals. You will not lose any time that was previously purchased since all of our plans are monthly/pre-paid.

Do you have family plans?

We now offer 25% off the full standard monthly rate for up to 4 additional vehicles (car #1 stays at the full standard monthly rate, cars # 2-5 receive 25% off the full standard monthly rate each). Exclusions apply, may not be combined with other promotional offers. 

As long as the vehicles are all registered under the same phone number at the time of enrollment they should be added to the group. 

The dates on the account are set so the vehicle is always charged on the same billing day each month. Because of this alignment, when additional vehicles are added there may be an initial prorated charge in order to adjust the account to a matching bill cycle. 

If the card on file is updated for one vehicle it will typically affect all vehicles currently on the bulk/family plan.

Can I use the membership at all the locations?

Absolutely! Wash your vehicle at all Rising Tide Car Wash locations, access our self-service vacuums, & member amenities. Interior services can be provided at select locations (Parkland & Margate).

Pricing varies based on your chosen membership tier.

Do I have to renew each month?

For your convenience, all Rising Tide Ripple Club Membership Plans automatically renew each month. Our server will charge the card on file, so there's no need to worry! Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis until a cancellation is submitted in writing per our terms & conditions. Members who do not wish to renew must submit a cancellation form prior to their expiration/billing date.

Can I use my Ripple Club Plan on multiple vehicles?

Each Ripple Club Plan is valid for one vehicle on file. This vehicle is identified by the license plate, which is verified at the time of purchase & affiliated with your account.

Can I do an Ripple Club Plan on a commercial vehicle or ride share vehicle?

Commercial vehicles and ride share vehicles are not eligible for unlimited club plans. Commercial vehicles may be able to join our Fleet Program.

Can I transfer my Ripple Club Plan to another vehicle?

Yes, if your vehicle is part of our current Club offering. If you change vehicles and need to move your plan to your new vehicle, please submit your request through our web portal.

What are 'retired' clubs and why can I no longer purchase one?

Rising Tide has continued to make improvements, elevating our top-tier washes & service offerings throughout the years. The current Ripple Club plans allow members to receive an unlimited number of washes for one of our current top 3 wash offerings. These are the only clubs accepting new members, you pick the tier.

'Retired' clubs featured previous top-tier washes, and are continued to be honored at a grandfathered-in reduced cost. Retired clubs are no longer open to new enrollees. These members may cancel their retired membership & enroll in the current club at the current rate any time they wish to upgrade.

Is your wash safe for my vehicle?

We take pride in safety and use non-scratch materials as well as the safest equipment in the industry! See below for our complete limited liability policy:

TRUCK BEDS MUST BE EMPTY - NO EXCEPTIONS - ANTENNAS MUST BE DOWN OR REMOVED

  • Vehicles 7 years or older and/or over 75,000 miles
  • Antennas (power, cell phone, aftermarket and standard) including sharkfin for Hyundai and Kia's. Driver is responsible for removing prior to entering the car wash
  • Non-standard, non-factory installed or aftermarket parts (including but not limited to: valve stems, bug shields, luggage/ladder racks, wipers, sun or vent visors, running boards, spoilers, decorative lights, custom or aftermarket rim and tires, custom paint, repaint, wrap, pinstriping, spare tire covers etc.)
  • Damage to/from items left in open truck bed (everything must be removed prior to entry - driver will be held responsible)
  • Items lost inside the car wash tunnel area (including but not limited to: aftermarket parts, bumper stickers, decorative pieces, spare tire covers, etc.)
  • Driver error or negligence - including but not limited to failure to follow instructions/posted signage
  • Pre-existing damage or previously repaired items
  • Known common manufacturer defects
  • Loose chrome, molding and trim
  • Damage caused by automatic-wiper function

  • Honda rear wipers and Hyundai peeling paint

ATTENTION - Oversized vehicles, vehicles with dual wheels, or heavily modified (lowered, lifted) vehicles may not be washed here. Driver will be solely responsible for any damage to their vehicle or car wash properly.

Rising Tide has the safest equipment and chemicals on the market and offers these services to the public without prejudice to the model or manufacturer of customer vehicles. As such we do not consider to what level your vehicle manufacturer designed your vehicle to be exposed to high-pressure water and air dryers, and high speed cloth we cannot be responsible for damage claims to finishes or ware parts (including but not limited to known manufacturer/vehicle issues, wipers, emblems, moldings protective covers and vents, anything adhered to the vehicle, or after-market parts) which may result from excessive use. Excessive use for purposes of the above is in excess of 5 times per month or a total of 60 times per year whichever one applies.

How long does the car wash take?

Our conveyor takes roughly 3 minutes for the exterior car wash. Our interior cleaning services generally take about 20 minutes.

Can someone drive my car through the car wash for me?

All drivers must stay in control of their own vehicle when going through our car wash conveyor. If you need assistance getting your car in Neutral, or otherwise, please let an attendant know!

Does it clean my car’s undercarriage?

We currently do not offer an undercarriage wash at any Rising Tide Car Wash site. Undercarriage washing is only necessary in cold climates where road salt is present.

Is the wash touchless?

Our car wash is not touchless. We use non-scratch materials, high pressure air & water as well as the safest equipment in the industry including various brushes.

Will it damage my paint?

Rising Tide takes pride in safety and uses non-scratch materials as well as the safest equipment in the industry. High Pressure Air & Water In Use. Please feel free to review our Limited Liability policy.

What payment methods are accepted?

All Rising Tide Car wash locations currently accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), tap to pay digital cards (Google Wallet, Apply pay), and Rising Tide Car Wash gift cards. Cash is currently ONLY accepted at our Margate location.

Can I tip the workers?

Absolutely, tips are always appreciated but never required. All sites currently accept cash tips & adhere to a strict tip pool policy.

What does the interior cleaning include?

Our team will provide a quick, budget friendly, express interior cleaning: Vacuum - clean windows - dust dash, doors, cup holders - touch up exterior.

We do not provide detailing services. Let our team know if you have any special requests (ex. wipe down seats) and we'll do our best to assist you, time permitting.

Is an 'express interior' the same as a 'full detailing'?

An express interior focuses on the main areas of a vehicle that really matter to our customers. This service is designed to be quick & efficient at a great value. We currently do not offer full detailing services as these can run hundreds of dollars and require hours of your time.

Can I add any other services?

Absolutely! The following upgrades can be added to any interior cleaning service for an additional fee each:

  • Mat shampoo for detachable carpet mats
  • Disinfectant Service
  • Express wax to condition exterior paint (will not remove imperfections)

Can you shampoo my seats or carpet?

Upholstery shampoo is not currently offered at Rising Tide - however, our team is happy to refer you to a trusted local vendor! (Just let us know.)

Do you apply air freshener?

Only upon request. In an effort to be mindful of our customers with preferences & sensitivities our team will never spray scent inside your vehicle without checking with you first.

Our members have access to free self service air fresheners with every visit!

Will you vacuum my trunk?

For sure! If you drive a sedan remember to pop your trunk for us (we like to treat this area as personal space unless otherwise requested).

What's NOT included?

Our team aims to provide a great service, if we run into something that's outside of our scope we can usually refer you to a trusted local vendor. The following is not included with an express interior:

Mold, tree sap, rust, pest or tar removal

Excessive pet hair or sand

Gas cap cleaning

Sticker, paint, makeup or stain removal

Detailing services

How can I get help while on site?

Feel free to ask for a Supervisor (they wear navy shirts) or a member of our Management team (they wear red shirts). These team members are always nearby & happy to assist!

When can I get interior cleaning & upgrade services?

Our team sells express interior cleaning services at our Parkland & Margate locations. Interior cleaning & upgrade services can be purchased up to 15 minutes before closing (typically, this will be 8 AM - 6:45 PM weather permitting)

Roughly how long does a standard interior cleaning take?

We operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Wait times vary based on the services purchased & the number of cars that are being serviced before your vehicle. Our ticket time goal is 12 minutes per express interior cleaning service once begun. Typically, customers can expect to spend between 20 minutes - 30 minutes on site depending on volume. On rare occasions wait times can exceed 30 minutes but are never longer than 1 hour.
