Interior Service FAQ's
Express interior cleaning services are available at our Parkland & Margate locations.
We'll do all the work for you: Vacuum - clean windows - dust dash, doors, cup holders - touch up exterior.
Let our team know if you have any special requests (ex. wipe down seats) and we'll do our best to assist you, time permitting.
Is an 'express interior' the same as a 'full detailing'?
An express interior focuses on the main areas of a vehicle that really matter to our customers. This service is designed to be quick & efficient at a great value. We currently do not offer full detailing services as these can run hundreds of dollars and require hours of your time.
Can I add any other services?
Absolutely! The following upgrades can be added to any interior cleaning service for only $10 each:
Mat shampoo for detachable carpet mats
Express wax to condition exterior paint (will not remove imperfections)
Can you shampoo my seats or carpet?
Upholstery shampoo is not currently offered at Rising Tide - however, our team is happy to refer you to a trusted local vendor! (Just let us know.)
Do you apply air freshener?
Only upon request. In an effort to be mindful of our customers with preferences & sensitivities our team will never spray scent inside your vehicle without checking with you first.
Will you vacuum my trunk?
For sure! If you drive a sedan remember to pop your trunk for us (we like to treat this area as personal space unless otherwise requested).
What's NOT included?
Our team aims to provide a great service, if we run into something that's outside of our scope we can usually refer you to a trusted local vendor. The following is not included with an express interior:
Mold, tree sap, rust, or tar removal
Excessive pet hair or sand
Gas cap cleaning
Sticker, paint, makeup or stain removal
How can I get help while on site?
Feel free to ask for a Supervisor (they wear navy shirts) or a member of our Management team (they wear red shirts). These team members are always nearby & happy to assist!
General Wash FAQ's
How does the Rain Guarantee work?
A Rain Guarantee is included with our top 3 exterior wash options & all full service packages. A one-time use code will print at the bottom of these receipts that allows the same customer to receive the same wash they purchased on the same car once more in case of inclement weather within the specified time period.
This one-time use code can be redeemed by scanning or inputing the code at any Rising Tide Car Wash location's pay station. Once the code is redeemed (or if the time period has expired) it will no longer be valid.
Rain Guarantees are provided with full-priced retail washes. They are only available with our top exterior wash option during promotional periods at Parkland (promotional pricing is not applicable to full service packages & cannot be combined with other discount(s) or offers).
What is your Limited Liability Policy?
We take pride in safety and use non-scratch materials as well as the safest equipment in the industry. We CANNOT take responsibility for the following:
Vehicles 7 years or older and/or over 75,000 miles
Antennas (power, cell phone, aftermarket and standard) including sharkfin for Hyundai and Kia's. Driver is responsible for removing prior to entering the car wash
Non-standard, non-factory installed or aftermarket parts (including but not limited to: bug shields, luggage/ladder racks, wipers, sun or vent visors, running boards, spoilers, decorative lights, custom or aftermarket rim and tires, valve stems, custom paint, repaint, wrap, pinstriping, etc.)
Driver error or negligence - including but not limited to failure to follow instructions/posted signage
Pre-existing damage or previously repaired items
Loose chrome, molding and trim
Damage caused by automatic-wiper function
Spare tire covers
Mazda CX-9 and Cadillac Escalade 3rd brake lights over 7 model years and/or over 75,000 miles
Damage to/from items left in open truck bed (everything must be removed prior to entry - driver will be held responsible)
Rising Tide has the safest equipment and chemicals on the market and offers these services to the public without prejudice to the model or manufacturer of customer vehicles. As such we do not consider to what level your vehicle manufacturer designed your vehicle to be exposed to high-pressure water and air dryers, and high speed cloth we cannot be responsible for damage claims to finishes or ware parts (including but not limited to known manufacturer/vehicle issues, wipers, emblems, moldings protective covers and vents, anything adhered to the vehicle, or after-market parts) which may result from excessive use. Excessive use for purposes of the above is in excess of 5 times per month or a total of 60 times per year whichever one applies.
