How much does an Unlimited Club Plan cost?
For $42.95 + tax/car/month you will receive unlimited exterior Signature Ceramics (our top wash) & the use of our free vacuums across all Rising Tide locations. Plans auto-renew on a monthly basis for convenience & you can cancel at any time.
How do I get started with an Unlimited Club Plan?
You may sign up for an Unlimited Club Plan for your vehicle at any Rising Tide Car Wash location pay station, you will be asked to accept our terms & conditions. During the registration process our system will scan & verify your license plate. If you need any assistance please ask the nearby attendant!
How do I cancel my Unlimited Club Plan?
Just click the "Manage Membership" button above and fill out the short form. You can cancel at any time. We'll send you a confirmation once your request has been processed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
How do I change the credit/debit card that my Unlimited Club Plan bills?
Click the "Manage Membership" icon above to update the card on file, it's that easy!

Do I have to renew each month?
For your convenience, the Rising Tide Unlimited Club Plan automatically renews each month by charging the card on file, so you don’t have to worry about it.
Can I use my Unlimited Club Plan on multiple vehicles?
Each Unlimited Club Plan is valid for one vehicle on file. This vehicle is identified by the license plate, which is verified at the time of purchase & affiliated with your account.
Can I do an Unlimited Club Plan on a commercial vehicle or ride share vehicle?
Commercial vehicles and ride share vehicles are not eligible for unlimited club plans. Commercial vehicles may be able to join our Fleet Program.
Can I transfer my Unlimited Club Plan to another vehicle?
Yes, if your vehicle is part of our current Club offering. If you change vehicles and need to move your plan to your new vehicle, please submit your request in writing by contacting us at email@example.com for further assistance.
What are 'retired' clubs and why can I no longer purchase one?
Rising Tide has continued to make improvements, elevating our top-tier washes & service offerings throughout the years. The current Unlimited Club allows members to receive an unlimited number of our current top-tier exterior wash. This is the only club accepting new members.
'Retired' clubs featured previous top-tier washes, and are continued to be honored at a grandfathered-in reduced cost. Retired clubs are no longer open to new enrollees. These members may cancel their retired membership & enroll in the current club at the current rate any time they wish to upgrade.
