Process
We'd like to invite you to join our Pre-Hire Training program.
ALL successful trainees will be given an employment offer at the end of the program.
This unpaid program is a routine part of our functional interview & can usually be completed in 1-3 days.
Learn our Passenger Side Process
Complete 3 consecutive repetitions on vehicle(s)
Meet our time standard: under 7 minutes per repetition

You will be provided with additional coaching day-of:
Training sessions usually last between 2 - 4 hours.
Applicants will be granted up to 4 Pre-Hire training sessions based on the progress made.
Applicants who do not pass our Pre-Hire training sessions are welcome to practice & reapply after 2 months.
We pride ourselves in promoting workplace independence.
Parents & Job Coaches will not be allowed to participate in the Pre-Hire Training program or timed trials.
Follows Rising Tide processes and safety procedures.
