Launch Your Journey: The Onboarding
Kick things off with our comprehensive sales training program. You’ll master the basics and start earning immediately. Starting pay is $14/hr + tips & commissions
Reach Sales Mastery
Get expert coaching and real-time feedback to help you hit your peak. Certified Sales Experts earn a higher base pay, with our top performers taking home over $1,200/month in commissions!
Develop Sales Management Skills
Once you develop strong sales skills you’ll have the opportunity to become a certified sales supervisor, earn additional base compensation and learn the skills necessary to coach and support a sales team.
Become a Sales Trainer
Once you’ve become a certified sales supervisor you’ll have the opportunity to train new sales people and earn $25/hr while doing so!
