Job Responsibilities
Run the Day
Supervise daily site operations in a fast-paced, hands-on outdoor setting.
Coach & Manage
Train and schedule a high-performance team of 35, coordinating training and providing "in-the-moment" feedback.
Drive Results
Lead the sales team to exceed membership goals and monitor KPIs to elevate the guest experience.
Own Site Readiness
Ensure the tunnel, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and operating smoothly.
Be the “Mayor”
Delight guests by greeting them by name, resolving issues promptly, and making every visit feel personal.

The Accelerator for Experienced Pros
Who it’s for: Candidates with 2–4 years of management experience, specifically in high-volume car wash or restaurant environments.
The Vibe: You’ve already managed P&Ls, high-performance teams, and complex operations. You’re ready to move quickly through the basics and dive straight into the Rising Tide way of doing business.
The Focus: Rapid integration into our culture and mission. We leverage your existing expertise to get you certified and leading your own site in three to six months.
