How Rising Tide started with purpose
In 2013 our founders, John and Tom D'Eri, opened our first location in Parkland, Fl to employ individuals with autism. They were inspired to do this because John's son, and Tom's brother, Andrew is on the autism spectrum.
Our vision is to prove that autism is a competitive advantage for business by delivering an exceptional guest experience powered by neurodivergent professionals. We’ve built a high-performing service organization with industry leading success in member experience and a retention rate five times higher than our competitors.
First interview
Our "job audition" interview makes the assessment process objective. Candidates perform key work tasks, allowing us to objectively assess their ability and generate a rating score.
Pre-hire training
Successful interviews lead to an invitation to a pre-hire training group. Trainees learn the essential interior cleaning process. To pass, they must complete the process correctly 3 times consecutively in under 7 minutes. Training typically requires 2 sessions, each 2-4 hours, though extra time is allotted for progress. All successful trainees will be offered a position.
Onboarding
New hires complete two shifts of on-boarding training, involving shadowing and digital training. All new employees have a 90-day probationary period.

Master the art of the perfect finish as a Rising Tide Aftercare Associate! You’ll bring elite focus and precision to our signature cleaning process, ensuring every vehicle leaves with a spotless shine. We are a team, so while interior cleaning is your specialty, you’ll jump in wherever the team needs you to keep our mission moving. Join us to lead with pride, support your teammates, and prove what’s possible when we work together to create a powerful ripple of potential!
Drying Down Cars
Use long strokes to dry any remaining water off the car after it's gone through the car wash tunnel.
Air Tool Crevices
Blow out the nooks and crevices using an air powered blow gun.
Clean Windows
Thoroughly box and fill each window for a streak free shine.
Vacuuming
Use an industrial vacuum cleaner to clean each vehicle's carpets, seats and trunk space
Side Work
Complete site cleaning tasks like laundry, taking out trash and sweeping up to keep operations running smooth.

Make sure you get the hard to reach places on each vehicle.

Calmly and confidently guide customers into the car wash and help them if needed.
