Interior Service FAQ's
We'll do all the work for you: Vacuum - clean windows - dust dash, doors, cup holders - touch up exterior.
Let our team know if you have any special requests (ex. wipe down seats) and we'll do our best to assist you, time permitting.
Is an 'express interior' the same as a 'full detailing'?
An express interior focuses on the main areas of a vehicle that really matter to our customers. This service is designed to be quick & efficient at a great value. We currently do not offer full detailing services as these can run hundreds of dollars and require hours of your time.
Can I add any other services?
Absolutely! The following upgrades can be added to any interior cleaning service for only $10 each:
Mat shampoo for detachable carpet mats
Express wax to condition exterior paint (will not remove imperfections)
Can you shampoo my seats or carpet?
Upholstery shampoo is not currently offered at Rising Tide - however, our team is happy to refer you to a trusted local vendor! (Just let us know.)
Do you apply air freshener?
Only upon request. In an effort to be mindful of our customers with preferences & sensitivities our team will never spray scent inside your vehicle without checking with you first.
Will you vacuum my trunk?
For sure! If you drive a sedan remember to pop your trunk for us (we like to treat this area as personal space unless otherwise requested).
What's NOT included?
Our team aims to provide a great service, if we run into something that's outside of our scope we can usually refer you to a trusted local vendor. The following is not included with an express interior:
Mold, tree sap, rust, or tar removal
Excessive pet hair or sand
Gas cap cleaning
Sticker, paint, makeup or stain removal
How can I get help while on site?
Feel free to ask for a Supervisor (they wear navy shirts) or a member of our Management team (they wear red shirts). These team members are always nearby & happy to assist!
